USA SIM Terms of Service

1. Service scope

USA SIM provides real US SIM temporary verification, rental numbers, SMS reception, account balance and related management. Availability, inventory, pricing and delivery depend on providers and carriers and are confirmed when an order is created.

2. Account and security

Registration information must be valid and under your lawful control.
Protect your password, email codes and API token.
Change your password and contact support immediately after suspicious activity.
Users are responsible for losses caused by voluntarily disclosed credentials, compromised devices or third-party account risks.

3. Pricing, charges and balance

Displayed prices are estimates until confirmed by the server when the order is created.
Temporary verification is charged when a number is successfully assigned and completes when a code arrives.
Each reactivation creates a separate order and new charge.
Rental numbers are charged after successful assignment based on service and selected term.
Account balance is for site services, earns no interest and may not be obtained through abuse, exploits or fraud.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Temporary numbers have a 10-minute receiving window. If no code arrives, manual cancellation or timeout refunds the order amount.
Orders that received a code, were completed or are outside an eligible state cannot use the no-code refund.
A successfully assigned rental reserves provider resources and generally is not refundable except for failed delivery, duplicate charge or verified system fault.
Gateway fees, network fees and costs caused by user input errors are not refundable unless required by law.

5. Rentals and auto-renewal

Rental expiry is based on the UTC time shown with the order.
Auto-renewal is off by default and only runs after the user enables it.
The site checks balance first; insufficient balance fails renewal without triggering provider renewal.
Carrier, inventory or API conditions may prevent renewal. Users should check balance and status before expiry.

6. Acceptable use

Use numbers only for purposes allowed by applicable law and platform rules.
Fraud, money laundering, harassment, spam, privacy violations, evading law enforcement, abusive bulk registration and other unlawful activity are prohibited.
Do not attack the site, test unauthorized vulnerabilities, disrupt APIs, abuse automation, resell accounts or evade controls.
We may restrict features, pause orders, hold related balance and cooperate with lawful investigations when abuse is detected.

7. Third parties and availability

Acceptance of a number, code delivery and account review are controlled by third parties. USA SIM cannot guarantee suitability for a specific platform or successful third-party registration, login or verification. Maintenance, carrier delay, provider APIs or network failure may interrupt service.

8. User data and support content

We process necessary account, order, payment status, device, IP, support message and uploaded image data to operate and secure the service. Do not submit unnecessary passwords, full payment keys or other highly sensitive data to support.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for third-party account action, platform rule changes, indirect loss, lost expected profit or loss exceeding the amount paid for the related order. Verified direct service failures are reviewed using order records and system logs.

10. Suspension, termination and changes

We may suspend or terminate service for violations, security risk, abnormal transactions or legal requirements. Terms may change for business, payment, compliance or security needs. Material changes will be posted, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
